Page Title
'Salad Burnet'

One of the more obscure salad herbs, but a beautiful one to grow. Easy as an annual, and perennial in zones 4-8, makes a nice dense low-growing border. The cool green compound leaves have a cooling cucumber flavor used sparingly in salads, and are used to make a creamy cucumber flavored dressing.
